Request Permission for Student to Borrow Non-Print Materials

Faculty and staff are permitted to borrow and remove from the premises videos, DVDs, audio cassettes and CDs, and other non-print materials. However, students are permitted to use these items in the library only. Should a student require such materials for a class presentation or special event, he/she must ask a professor to sponsor this request. The professor may complete the Non-Print Permission Form to request special permission for a student who needs to use non-print materials outside of the library.
