University Owned Equipment
Maintenance & Engineering will repair most media equipment
owned by academic departments, such as VCRs, televisions, slide projectors,
audio cassette recorders, etc. on a carry in basis, pending parts availability.
Please note that if the item brought in for repairs is past its normal usage
expectancy, we will advise that it be replaced with newer equipment.
Before bringing in any equipment for repairs, please call
ahead for an appointment (9-6504). If the equipment is too large to carry, such
as a television, your department can make prior arrangements with Facilities
(9-7893) to have it transported.
Payment for all chargeable services and/or materials can be made with a
departmental charge back account number.
