  1. As a service to the University and to graduate students, Falvey Memorial Library provides professional binding for departmental and personal copies.  The cost for this service is $15 per copy.
  2. Binding fees can be paid in the Resource Management Center (RMC), ground floor, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If these hours are not convenient, please contact Natalie Tomasco at 610-519-5635 or natalie.tomasco@villanova.edu to make alternate arrangements.
  3. The fees may be paid in cash (exact amount) or by personal check made out to "Falvey Memorial Library."  Credit cards are NOT accepted for payment.  When departments are paying for binding, they may send an IOC with the student's name, number of copies, and the account number to be charged.
  4. Please submit each copy in its own manila file folder or file pocket with your name and telephone number on it.  ONE EXTRA copy of the title page should be attached.
  5. If a student is having any personal copies bound, he or she must make arrangements for their pickup either from the Library or his/her department.
  6. When the bound copies are ready for distribution, departments and/or students will be notified by phone or email. These copies may be picked up in the RMC.
  7. It is strongly recommended that you contact Natalie Tomasco by phone (610-519-5635) or email natalie.tomasco@villanova.edu before coming to the Library. Any last minute questions can be answered.

Get My Thesis Bound for the Engineering Departments: Guidelines

  1. Engineering graduate students are required to submit two (2) copies directly to the Resource Management Center (RMC), ground floor.  Binding fees and/or department payments should be made at this time. These two copies will be bound professionally, catalogued and made a part of the Falvey Memorial Library collection. The binding fee is $15.00 per copy.
  2. Some departments require their students to have additional copies bound. Please check with your department regarding this requirement before coming to the Library to pay fees.
  3. As a service to graduate students, the Periodicals Department will also process personal copies for the same price of $15.00 per copy. Since theses are only bound three times per year (after each semester), please be aware that it usually takes several months for the binding cycle to be completed.
  4. Binding fees can be paid in the RMC from 9:30a.m. to 4:00p.m. Monday through Friday. If these hours are not convenient, please contact Natalie Tomasco at 610-519-5635 or natalie.tomasco@villanova.edu to make alternate arrangements.
